BOXING WITH KAUIF 

About
Typical boxing exercises with rope skipping, running sit ups, pushups, padwork, technique and so on. Usually high tempo but alternative exercises are presented so that if needed one can resort to an easier form of exercise. All you need is clothes, indoor shoes, water bottle, all other equipment can be borrowed, but if you want to feel free to bring your own gloves and/or skipping ropes. 

Time & place 
Fridays 17:15-18:45 in the gymnasium (7B205).
