Free Exercise with KAUIF 

Welcome to
Free exercise! Here we focus on what suits you: The most common exercises are flips, handstands, rings exercises.
We start every session with a warm up together, and then you can choose between various gymnastics and strength exercises, or train whatever you feel like. The instructors are here to guide you and help you to improve. If you already caught yourself saying “I can not go because I am not flexible”, you know where to go. We also integrate some capoeira (a Brazilian dance/fight martial art) moves throughout the sessions. We end every session with stretching exercises.
