LACROSSE WITH KAUIF
 

About
Lacrosse is a team sport that originates from North America. It is played with a stick and with loose netting so that you may receive and throw the ball. The ball is made out of rubber and the goals are much like floorball goals. During the practices we focus on different technique exercises so that you can excel quickly. We always use full gear (helmet and some other padded clothing) to protect us against the ball and tackles that might occur. Don't let this scare you though, we always take it easy with beginners so there is no need to worry. Come join in on the fun, every Wednesday!
