TABATA WITH KAUIF 

About
Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, featuring exercises that normally lasts four minutes.

Even though the course can be very demanding, it still aims to be managable for everyone. It depends on the student how challenging the course will be depending on the speed of execution of these exercises.
