Orienteering  WITH KAUIF 

About 
Orienteering is great fun and suitable for everyone!
It covers the whole range from pure wellbeing in nature to top athletic performance – You can participate at your own level. In Karlstad, OK Tyr is the orienteering club (general information on website: https://oktyr.se/), and here are some of the main activities open for students at KAU to join:
Hitta Ut – free maps covering several areas in the surroundings 

Motionsorientering – weekly events mainly on Thursdays.
Different locations and several courses to choose from. Students have 50% discount on starting fee and rent of electronic punch-unit (SportIdent)

GTS (Grön till Svart, in English Green to Black) – weekly training on Tuesdays at Tyrstugan, north of Färjestad. The colours refer to degree of difficulty, and it’s an opportunity to learn more from instructors.
