KauIF Run 2025!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined this year’s KAU Run!
On September 7 2025, we ran 5 km together and celebrated with fika, hotdogs, medals, and great food in even better company.
The top three prizes were generously sponsored by Karlstad Municipality and Team Sportia AB Karlstad – thank you for your support!
The bananas were kindly sponsored by ICA Maxi Välsviken – much appreciated!
Planning for the race started back in spring, and thanks to amazing teamwork, everything came together perfectly.
What an incredible event it turned out to be!
108 participants signed up, around 80 crossed the finish line, and 12 volunteers made the whole thing possible.
As a student sports association, we also want to highlight the importance of both physical and mental health.
We’re proud to create opportunities for exercise, community, and events that promote well-being on every level.
