Would you like to try acrobatic figures in pairs or threes or simply get to work out and get fit?

In this course, we work mainly with our own bodies. We stand over each other, lying on the ground, doing hand and headstands - depending on one's desire and ability. 
In addition to the acrobatic parts as course content, the course is mainly about fun and physical fitness.
The exercises change weekly and we will additionally conduct strength exercises and free gymnastics.
Both beginners and advanced are welcome.
